About Peak Players

Peak Players is a daily higher or lower game about Steam player counts. You're shown a game and its all-time peak concurrent player count, and you call whether the next game's record is higher or lower.

Each day's chain is drawn from nearly 300 of the most-played games on Steam, from long-running favorites to games that had one huge launch.

Peak Players

How to play

Every game on Steam has a record for the most people playing it at the same time. Here are eleven of them, and it’s your job to rank them.

One number is shown. Call whether the next game’s record is higher or lower than it.
Ten calls, a point each. A wrong call costs you the point but doesn’t end the day.
The chain moves on. Whatever you just called becomes the number to beat.
10 points is a perfect day.

Figures are all-time concurrent player count peaks from SteamDB, obviously this means that only Steam players are counted for games that run on multiple services
